A popular cendol stall operator in Bangi, Selangor, is planning a Malaysia Book of Records attempt by making a cendol in eight seconds, reported Makkal Osai.
M. Jevindrakumar said he became the third generation cendol maker after he took over the stall from his father, who took it over from his father.
Jevindrakumar has grown a loyal customer base.
Hundreds visit the stall to quench their thirst with the icy cold sweet delicacy.
One of his trademarks is the eight-second cendol.
He said while a bowl of cendol usually takes about 30 seconds to make, he trained himself to make one in eight seconds.
