KUALA LUMPUR: Klang MP Charles Santiago has called for the Home Ministry to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate death in custody cases nationwide.
The DAP lawmaker said that he has written to Home Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi asking if the government had formed a special committee to investigate deaths in custody.
