GEORGE TOWN: Bukit Bendera MP Zairil Khir Johari has failed to obtain leave from a High Court here for a judicial review against the Election Commission’s (EC) redelineation exercise in Penang.
In dismissing Zairil’s application without costs, Justice Lim Chong Fong said the exercise was a continuous process which had yet to be finalised.
