Liow: DAP mess is no surprise

Looks good: Liow (second from right) and State Transport executive councillor Datuk Tajul Urus Mat Zain inspecting the ferry terminal in Kuala Kedah.

ALOR SETAR: The mass resignations in the Malacca DAP shouldn’t come as a surprise as the party has lost its direction, says MCA president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai.

He added that it also showed that DAP members are disillusioned with their party leaders, who are more interested in protecting their own interests rather than listening to their members. Liow said DAP advisor Lim Kit Siang is looking after his own interests and known for his dictatorship and suppressing party members.
