IGP: Disclosure of arrest won’t jeopardise Pastor Koh’s life

Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar.

PETALING JAYA: The announcement of the arrest of a suspect in Pastor Raymond Koh’s abduction will not put his life in jeopardy, said Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar (pic).

“Yes, usually we do not say anything in such cases, but this arrest was done with the family’s help so we think that it is okay to divulge,” he said during the closing ceremony of the modern policing initiative pilot programme here yesterday.
