Vida fined RM500 for failing to file tax return

IPOH: Cosmetics millionaire Datuk Seri Dr Hasmiza Othman (pic) was fined RM500 in default two days’ jail, after she pleaded guilty for failing to submit her income tax return form (Form B) to the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia.

In a statement, the IRB said the founder and owner of Vida Beauty Sdn Bhd, better known as Datuk Seri Vida, 46, was ordered to pay the fine after she pleaded guilty before magistrate Siti Hanum Mohamed Sah yesterday.
