PETALING JAYA: Corporations and local authorities should follow the Government’s footsteps in setting up more social centres for senior citizens, said Deputy Women, Family and Community Development Minister Datin Paduka Chew Mei Fun.
“When older persons engage in learning and interactive activities, these help exercise their minds and keep them healthy,” she said at an International Women’s Day celebration organised by the Senior Citizens Association, Selangor and Federal Territory (Secita) here yesterday.
