PAS: Minister has to fast-track Hadi's Bill for parliamentary debate

KUALA LUMPUR: A government minister will still need to fast-track PAS president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang's Private Member's Bill to amend syariah laws if it is to be debated in Parliament.  

PAS vice-president Idris Ahmad (pix) said this is necessary because government Bills take priority over private ones.
