JOHOR BARU: The Social Security Organisation (Socso) has advised the public against using touts or “runners” to file compensation or pension claims for them.
Johor Socso director Muhamad Alif Haikal Cheong Abdullah said many claimants were ignorant of the claiming process and would rather pay touts to get everything done.
