KUALA LUMPUR: Two former Felda senior officers claimed trial in a Sessions Court here to committing criminal breach of trust (CBT) involving a RM47.6mil sturgeon-breeding project in Pahang.
Former deputy director-general strategic resources Muhammad Sufi Mahbub, 53, faces two counts of committing CBT by entering into two agreements – Design-Build Contract Agreement and Technology Transfer & Supply Agreement – with I2C Hassed (M) Sdn Bhd via a Felda subsidiary, Felda Carviartive Sdn Bhd.
