KANGAR: Perlis Mufti Datuk Dr Mohd Asri Zainul Abidin (pic) has urged eligible bachelors to marry quickly to increase the state's population.
He said Islam requires men who are capable physically and spiritually to marry quickly because delaying would slow the growth of the Muslim population.
