KAJANG: Playtime ended abruptly when a toddler was almost kidnapped at a playground near the Sungai Chua health clinic here.
In the 11.30am incident on Monday, the 20-month-old child was playing at the playground and the mother, 28, stood watch while waiting to see the doctor at the clinic.
