Suspect in cheating case caught by public and tied to tree


PETALING JAYA: A Chinese national allegedly involved in a fraud case was captured by the public and tied to a tree at a morning market in Puchong.

According to Serdang OCPD Asst Comm Megat Mohamad Aminuddin Megat Alias, policemen on patrol rushed to a morning market at Jalan Wawasan 2 after getting word of a “citizen’s arrest” there on Saturday.
