GEORGE TOWN: A High Court here has fixed March 13 to decide whether to grant leave for a judicial review by Bukit Bendera MP Zairil Khir Johari on the delimitation of constituencies in Penang.
In his application filed by lawyers Yap Boon Hau and Philip Khoo on Dec 16, he named the Election Commission as the respondent and is seeking a declaration that the proposed recommendations on Penang’s parliamentary and state constituencies are null and void.
