High Court sets May 23 to hear VK Lingam case

KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has set May 23 to hear an application by Datuk V.K Lingam to set aside a decision of the Advocates and Solicitors Disciplinary Board (DB) that he be struck off the Rolls of Advocates and Solicitors of the High Court of Malaya.

Bar Council lawyer Razlan Hadri Zulkifli said on Thursday that High Court (Appellate and Special Powers) judge Justice Hanipah Farikullah would hear the merits of the application on May 23.
