KUALA LUMPUR: North Korea has cast doubts on Malaysia’s investigation into the assassination of Kim Jong-nam and demanded that it be allowed to take part in a joint probe into the killing.

Just hours after being summoned by Wisma Putra, Ambassador Kang Chol said the incident had been politicised by Malaysia, “in collusion with South Korea”.
