Raids in Penang net 138 drug-takers

GEORGE TOWN: They were still high on several substances when National Anti-Drugs Agency (AADK) personnel raided two entertainment outlets, in Relau and Pulau Tikus.

Ops Goncang, the biggest swoop by the agency so far in the country, netted a total of 138 people, including 29 women. They all tested positive for various drugs.
