Najib seeks to strike out suit by Dr Mahathir, two others

KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak has applied to strike out a lawsuit filed by Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad and two others against him for misfeasance in public office.  

Najib's lawyer Datuk Mohd Hafarizam Harun said the defence team led by Tan Sri Cecil Abraham argued that Najib is not a public officer in his capacity as the Prime Minister and Finance Minister.
