PETALING JAYA: An advertisement by the Election Commission (EC) for tenders involving ballot boxes and sling bags has sparked speculation that preparations are being carried out for the 14th General Election (GE14).
The Feb 16 advertisement appearing in the classified section of a local daily offered two open tenders, one each for suppliers and transporters of ballot boxes and sling bags.
