PETALING JAYA: The shortage of subsidised cooking oil in some parts of the country is due to technical problems with payments to re-packers, says the Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism Ministry.
“Some of the re-packers submitted the wrong documents or filled up the claim forms incorrectly, resulting in delayed payments,” its minister Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainudin said.
