KUALA LUMPUR: A restaurant waiter was sentenced to a year in jail by the Sessions Court here Monday, for possession of pornographic images and video in his mobile phone at a public place.
Taslinnaim Tasrip, 24, pleaded guilty to the offence which was committed at about noon at a shopping centre at Jalan Tun Sambanthan here on Jan 5.
