GEORGE TOWN: Standing at 7.6m with a width of 3.2m, the silver chariot will be a much more visible entity from a distance although the golden chariot at 4.2m high and 2.9m wide, which is making its debut, has a 90-minute headstart on Thaipusam eve tomorrow.
Arulmigu Balathandayuthapani Hilltop Temple Committee chairman R. Subramaniam said the distance would not make any difference as there would be a point, somewhere along Jalan Datuk Keramat, where both the chariots would meet.
