SIBU: The Sarawak government will continue to recognise the Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) and provide financial aid to Chinese schools in the state, said Chief Minister Datuk Amar Abang Johari Tun Openg. He also gave an assurance that he will continue with other key policies of his predecessor, the late Tan Sri Adenan Satem, although there would be some adjustments.
“As the captain of the same team, I will continue to fight for the devolution of power as embedded in our Constitution and the Malaysia Agreement.
