State PAS adds fuel to Hadi’s criticism of Penang govt


KEPALA BATAS: Penang PAS has given several reasons behind its president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang’s recent statement that the Penang government failed to protect Islam and the interest of Malays in the state.

State PAS commissioner Muhammad Fauzi Yussof claimed that the Pakatan Harapan state government failed to protect Malay heritage villages, including the more than 250-year-old villages in Batu Uban and Tanjung Tokong on Penang island.
