SHAH ALAM: Three women will be charged over the abuse of toddlers at a nursery in Bangi.
Selangor police chief Comm Datuk Seri Abdul Samah Mat said the owner of the nursery would be charged with child abuse under Section 31(1)(a) of the Child Act.
