Over 600 evacuated due to floods in Perak

IPOH: A total of 655 flood victims from 206 families in six districts in Perak were forced to evacuate to 13 relief centres as of 8am Wednesday.

A statement from the Perak Malaysia Civil Defence Force secretariat said Manjung was the worst-hit district with 454 victims moved to Kampung Kota JKK Hall, Inderawati Hall and Kampung Padang Serai Religious School.
