DENGKIL: Authorities blocked off a portion of the Elite Highway here and diverted all traffic into a rest stop in a major operation to apprehend errant motorists.
The joint operation saw more than 100 personnel from several agencies checking vehicles and drivers for a variety of offences including illegal modifications, overloading and drug abuse.
