KOTA TINGGI: Flood victims here received a royal guest when Sultan of Johor Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar on Tuesday made a surprise visit at an evacuation centre at Kota Kechil here.
Sultan Ibrahim, who arrived at about 11am, spent about 20 minutes mingling with the flood victims.
