KUALA LUMPUR: The four policemen who were implicated over the custodial death of N. Dharmendran have successfully set aside a default judgment obtained against them in a civil claim on Monday.
High Court Judicial Commissioner Roslan Abu Bakar allowed the application by the four policemen's defence team to set aside the judgment in default (JID) against them.
