Witness: Army pathologist not at scene

KUALA LUMPUR: Colonel Dr R. Kunaseegaran was not present when the body of Datuk Anthony Kevin Morais was being concealed and his car was being disposed of two years ago.

The High Court here heard that the army pathologist was nowhere near the scene when the deputy public prosecutor’s body was being concealed at Jalan Dutamas 1 here, and when the car was disposed of at an oil palm plantation in Kampong Sungai Samak, Hutan Melintang at Hilir Perak between Sept 4 and Sept 5, 2015.
