KOTA BARU: The state government is allowing its appointed logging contractor to continue in a disputed area of the Balah forest reserve in Gua Musang until it can verify a court decision on the matter.
It needs more information on a magistrate’s decision that reportedly favours orang asli of the Temiar tribe who had put up blockades to stop logs from leaving the area.
