MCA: Ops Bonceng must not spiral into a witch hunt

PETALING JAYA: MCA has expressed its concern over the Terengganu Religious Affairs Department’s (JHEAT) plans to catch Muslim couples acting indecently on motorcycles under Ops Bonceng.

“Our bureau is concerned that JHEAT’s plans will descend into witch hunts against Muslim couples,” said Religious Harmony Bureau chairman Datuk Seri Ti Lian Ker (pic) in a statement Thursday.
