KLANG: It is unlikely that a by-election will be called for the Sungai Air Tawar state seat following the death of incumbent assemblyman Kamarol Zaki Abdul Malik (pic).
This is because more than three years have passed since the current Selangor State Legislature first convened after the 2013 general election.
