PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal has decided that the acquisition of 26 acres of land by the Selangor Islamic Religious Department (Jais) from a developer is unlawful.
A three-man panel led by Justice Abang Iskandar Abang Hashim allowed the appeal brought by United Allied Empire Sdn Bhd (UAE) to overturn the High Court's dismissal of its judicial review application.
