KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Shamsubahrin Ismail (pic) apologised to Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) chairman Tan Sri Syed Hamid Albar Thursday for previously criticising the commission on taxi issues.
A strong taxi advocate, Shamsubahrin is also the founder and advisor of Big Blue Taxi and has on many occasions hit out against SPAD in his fight for the rights of the taxi service industry.
