KUALA LUMPUR: A widow and her daughter were awarded RM357,500 in damages over the death of her husband while in police custody in relation to a baby abduction case.
N. Selvi, 46, and her eldest daughter C. Rita, 23, sued the police and the Government in September 2015 for negligence and breach of duty of care.
