GEORGE TOWN: A WhatsApp message claiming that several motorcyclists have been going around smashing cars and grabbing handbags from inside the vehicles, has gone viral.
The message alleged that four people had fallen victims in the incidents that happened within a 15-minute period in Tanjung Bungah and Tanjung Tokong.
