KOTA KINABALU: Lawyers have been cautioned against overcharging their clients, especially the most vulnerable groups such as the indigenous communities.
Chief Judge for Sabah and Sarawak Tan Sri Richard Malanjum said lawyers not only benefited from the costs awarded by the courts but also a large percentage of damages awarded.
