Two killed after concrete pipe cargo crushes lorry cabin

The lorry's cabin was crushed its own cargo of concrete pipes, killing the driver and another passenger.

PETALING JAYA: Two people in a lorry died in a freak accident on the Kajang-Seremban Expressway (Lekas) Thursday when the concrete pipe cargo they were carrying fell off and crushed the vehicle's cabin.

The accident occurred near the Beranang rest area on the highway, when the vehicle went out of control at a bend in the road and caught fire at 11.15am Thursday.
