KOTA KINABALU: Outgoing Sabah Police Commissioner Datuk Abdul Rashid Harun ended his tenure in the civil service on a high note with the launch of his biography Tuesday.

Rashid, who will be handing over his duties to former Malacca police chief Datuk Ramli Din this evening, is the first police commissioner in Sabah to have his biography published.
