KUALA LUMPUR: National Feedlot Corporation Sdn Bhd (NFCorp) executive chairman Datuk Seri Dr Mohamad Salleh Ismail and four others want to amend their lawsuit against Public Bank Bhd relating to an alleged leak of his and his company's banking information.
Their newly appointed solicitor Nooreha Idris told High Court judge Justice John Louis O'Hara that her clients intended to apply to amend the lawsuit to include "special damages" as well as additional witnesses and documents.
