KUALA LUMPUR: Four students are challenging the validity of the University of Malaya (Discipline of Students) Rules 1999, which they claim is unconstitutional.
The four UM students were fined RM400 each while three of them are facing a one-semester suspension from February next year for their participation in the #Tangkap MO1 rally on Aug 27.
