PETALING JAYA: The Bantuan Rakyat 1Malaysia (BR1M) aid payment has helped to transfer some of the country’s wealth to the nation’s bottom 40% income (B40) households, said Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Abdul Rahman Dahlan (pic).
He said it was disappointing that Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (PPBM) chairman Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad had described the cash handout as corruption or illegal.
