PETALING JAYA: Consumers should have been informed much earlier by authorities of any water cut to ensure they can make early preparations, said water conservation and services groups.
Malaysian Water Association president Ir Syed Mohamad Adnan Mansor Alhabshi said it was a standard operating procedure for water companies to notify consumers about any water disruption or cut.
