PETALING JAYA: A national review of all outdated laws and legislations should be undertaken as many fines imposed are no longer a deterrent, says Malaysian Crime Prevention Foundation (MCPF) senior vice-chairman Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye.
Lee welcomed the call to review outdated laws, but said such moves should not be restricted to the Home Ministry alone.
