PUTRAJAYA: The Federal Court has set aside a former tow truck driver’s conviction for the murder of Arab-Malaysian Bank (AmBank) founder Hussain Ahmad Najadi and ordered his case to go for a retrial.
A five-man Bench chaired by Chief Judge of Malaya Tan Sri Zulkefli Ahmad Makinudin unanimously allowed Koong Swee Kwan’s (pic) appeal for the matter to be sent back to the High Court for a retrial.
