The Star gives to eight charities

PETALING JAYA: Eight charities, including medical foundations, shelters and day care centres for the disabled, received a total of RM227,600 from The Star Foundation.

Star Media Group and Star Foundation chairman Datuk Fu Ah Kiow, who handed out the cheques to seven of the charities at Menara Star on Wednesday, said Star Media Group as a corporate citizen believed in doing what it could to give back to society.
