SHAH ALAM: Thumbelina the puppy was found abandoned at an office in Kota Kemuning recently.
The two-month-old puppy had a deformed front limb and may have been abandoned by her mother or dumped by her owner, said canine welfare project Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better (MDDB) adoption coordinator Christine Lai.
