KOTA BARU: The Kelantan Government has declared Dec 13 a state holiday to allow the people to celebrate Sultan Muhammad V’s journey to the state capital to take up the Agong’s post.
Mentri Besar Datuk Ahmad Yakob (pic) announced this after chairing the weekly exco meeting on Wednesday.
