KOTA KINABALU: A Sabah Barisan Nasional component party says it will oppose any Bill, including those proposed by the Government, that allow hudud laws to encroach into the nation's criminal justice system.
Liberal Democratic Party president Datuk Teo Chee Kang (pic) said the party remains firm in its stance that the jurisdictional equilibrium between civil and syariah courts should not be disturbed.
